Introduction to Intelligent Building - Chun Ming Tse

I am Chun Ming Tse, you can call me Michael, a year-4 Mechanical and Building Services Engineering Student. I am an International Student from Hong Kong, a crowded place full of tall buildings which you can only see the sky when you raise your head for 90 degree in the city, coming to Drexel University for the winter quarter. Having underestimated the freezing weather in Philly, I'm still trying to survive here. So you can imagine how warm it is in Hong Kong.

Intelligent Building:

To me, an intelligent building should have the ability to adapt to the changes of the environment and atmosphere, and thus to make adjustment to achieve human comfort and energy efficiency.
